Return Policy
At KLAVANE, we want you to be confident with every piece you order. If something does not work out, eligible items can be returned within 10 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, fragrance, or alteration may not be accepted.
Returns are subject to inspection after the product reaches us. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refund details may be requested separately.
Shipping charges, COD fees, and other non-product charges are generally non-refundable unless the product received was incorrect or damaged.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order details and clear photos or videos of the issue.
Certain promotional, clearance, final-sale, or specifically marked products may not be eligible for return. Any such restriction will be mentioned on the relevant product page.
For hygiene and quality-control reasons, returned products must meet all eligibility conditions before a refund is approved.
To request a return, contact KLAVANE Support with your order number and the reason for return. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the next steps.
KLAVANE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
